I have a faulty item. How do I return?

We are sorry to hear that your item is faulty!

To return an item(s) firstly print the returns form, complete it and return it with your invoice and goods to:

We recommend returning your items via registered post. Please retain your returns proof of postage as we will need that to reimburse the cost of the return.

Please clearly state on the invoice the reason for return and whether you require a refund or exchange.

We will reimburse you the return postage cost once the item(s) has been confirmed as faulty/damaged. Please note the process can take up to 14 days.

If your items are glassware or crockery, please email pictures in to us and don't send anything back until we've been in contact with you.
