To ensure that your query is processed as quickly as possible, please make sure that you provide as much detail as you can, such as a reference to previous correspondence concerning the issue, parcel tracking numbers, and any other information that you think will help us. We endeavour to respond to all of our customers as quickly as possible, however, it can take us several days to respond to enquiries via email.
In the event that we are unable to resolve your complaint, you may wish to pursue alternative dispute resolution through the online dispute resolution platform. The platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
